These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to transactional text messages sent through PediaPulse Connect, a service of ProParenting Pulse LLC.
When you opt in, PediaPulse Connect may send non-marketing text notifications on behalf of a participating clinic. Messages may notify you that the clinic has made clinician-approved visit education or related materials available through a secure link.
The ordinary text message is designed not to include the child's name, diagnosis, condition, medication, or other clinical details. Clinical or personalized material, when included, is accessed through the secure link.
You may opt in by reviewing the disclosure presented by authorized clinic staff and actively selecting an unchecked consent box for the mobile number provided. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and are authorized to consent to receive texts at that number.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving healthcare services, education, or other materials. Ask the clinic for a non-SMS delivery method if you do not wish to receive a text.
Message frequency varies based on clinic visits and requests to deliver clinician-approved materials. The program is transactional and non-marketing.
Message and data rates may apply. ProParenting Pulse LLC and participating clinics do not charge a separate fee for the text message, but your wireless carrier's rates may apply.
Reply STOP to the sending number to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further PediaPulse Connect messages will be sent from that number unless you opt in again through the clinic.
An opt-out applies to PediaPulse Connect messages sent from that sending number. You may ask the clinic to use a non-SMS delivery method.
Reply HELP for help information. You may also contact the sending clinic or email hello@pediapulseapp.com for program support. Do not send medical questions or emergency requests by text.
Delivery is subject to wireless-network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Secure links may expire or be revoked.
This text program is not an emergency service and is not monitored for medical replies. Contact the treating clinic for medical questions. Call 911 for an emergency.
Our collection and use of information is described in the PediaPulse Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Message delivery may depend on your wireless carrier and device. Supported carriers and features may change without notice.
We may update these SMS Terms. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide any notice required by law.
